This hotel is situated in a nice residential area within an easy walk of the centre. The rooms are comfortable and come with complimentary toiletries, which is a rarity. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including made-to-order eggs and bacon, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. there is a computer available for guests to use in the lobby.
Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided in the rooms and must be purchased from the receptionist if needed.

The hotel is located in a charming residential neighborhood, just a short walk from the Marienplatz, in a largely 19th Century area filled with historical charm. Situated on a quiet street, there are several excellent eateries nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals without having to venture too far. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and the bathroom taking the trophy with its great shower. The breakfast, which is included in the rate, offers a variety of hot and cold food options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Convenient location, close to city center and the English Garden. Comfortable beds and spacious walk-in showers. Friendly and helpful staff.
No coffee in the rooms and intermittent wifi signal. Some noise from other rooms and could use better soundproofing.

We loved the charm and quietness of the neighborhood, also conveniently located within walking distance to the town center. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of freshly made to order eggs, breads, cheeses, meats. The superior quadruple room provided ample space for our family of four, and we appreciated the fans provided to cool the room down quicker. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were very nice, helpful, and friendly.

Adria Munchen delighted me with its excellent location near the English Garden and Metro station. Just a short 5-minute walk and I was surrounded by nature and had easy access to public transportation. The staff were amazing and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
